“Bridging Neuroscienceand Cultural Heritage “
This interdisciplinary seminar brings together experts in neuroscience, pharmacology, biology, veterinary medicine, nutrition, and plant biodiversity to examine the neuroprotective potential of traditional Greek herbs. Featuring both in-person and virtual presentations, the program highlights translational research spanning animal models, isolated bioactive compounds, nutritional strategies, and cultural perspectives.
The event will conclude with a live culinary demonstration featuring Cycladic herbs, illustrating the connections between Greek heritage, everyday life, and brain health.
