A successful candidate(s) will have the following qualifications:
The broad objective of the lab is to expose the psychological processes and neural mechanisms that underlie reward-related learning, motivation and decision making. Projects in the lab incorporate multi-discliplinary approaches including in vivo electrochemistry, recordings, pharmacology, molecular biology, optogenetic and chemogenetic interference, and behavior.
A successful candidate(s) will have the following qualifications:
- PhD in Neuroscience, Psychology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- Track record of productivity
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Desire to conduct cutting-edge research
- Experience in associative learning behavioral paradigms, optogenetics, chemogenetics, electrophyioslogy, electrochemistry, computational modeling, computer programming, molecular biology or imaging is desirable, but not required.
